Tummy Time

Keith really doesn't mind being on his tummy for too long. We went to the Hamilton County 4-H fair yesterday for a little bit. He still enjoys being outside and going for walks in his stroller. He does well sleeping at night still, usually from around 10 or so until 5. Then he went back to sleep this morning until 9, which was wonderful because yesterday he was up at 6:30 for good, and the boy just doesn't nap during the day on the weekends at least!! So mama was very tired yesterday! Still, I'd rather hang out with him while he's awake on the weekends since it seems like I mostly only see him asleep during the week.

Happy Boy

Keith smiles a lot now and is starting to laugh. For some reason he loves laying on his changing table. I don't know what he sees on the ceiling, orif he likes the vent or what, but whatever it is he just smiles and talks to it. I think he looks at part of his tree too, but you've got me on whatever else he sees.

This is a sad week for mama, because I go back to work on Wednesday. I wanted to wait until after he got his first shots, which he gets tomorrow. I just have to think of it as him spending the day with grandma and grandpa Valentine. If I think of me being gone from him all day, I'll be a basketcase at work. I know I probably will be anyway, but I have to think positive and just count down the minutes until I see him again.
